Serena Li

Serena focuses her practice on a wide range of insurance issues. She deals with domestic and international matters involving insurers and professional institutions in matters such as professional liability, directors and officers liability, medical malpractice liability and cyber risk. She also advises insurers on underwriting and coverage matters. Prior to joining Mills Oakley, Serena worked for a global insurer in Financial Lines Insurance. Serena was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 2020 and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia. She speaks both English and Chinese.
