I always remain very keen and enthusiastic whenever I have to deliver a lecture. I love to teach others how to do something. I prefer to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems reflecting my critical thinking. My teaching strategies always follow to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when teaching new things. I used to follow active learning approach by understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making techniques. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times is also my strength showing my active listening. My strengths also include my Complex Problem Solving nature by identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. I can communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. I always used to manage my own time and always try to spare time for others especially for my students. I always complete my assigned tasks and duties with full determination and responsibility such as examination assessments and result submissions.
