I have about 15 years of work experience in HR/Recruitment and Training. I am very passionate about Recruitment and Training. Hard core people's person Strong at client/stakeholder management Effective communication skills As a Recruitment professional, I have had a humongous exposure in various industries and I understand Recruitment better as I have been on both sides- In Corporates and a a Consultant. I have the capacity to deliver numbers within the stipulated time with ease. My forte lies in understanding ‘any’ requirement no matter what industry and being able to deliver. I have also had a short stint with Top Rankers – A Training Institute where I was responsible for “Personal Effectiveness” workshops at various institutes in Delhi/NCR. While I was attached with InterGlobe I had the opportunity of training/inducting new employees on ‘Business Etiquettes’. Recently I was associated with White Ladder Consulting and delivered extensive training on Soft Skills - Technical and Functional workshop , Interviewing Skills, E-mail writing skills and many more to their client. The experience was great and fulfilling. Currently I am associated with Career Experts, a recruitment consulting firm and doing what I love to do - Talent Acquisition. It’s been two years and I have been successful in adding a good number of clients .
