With over 23 years of accumulative experience, I am a result-driven Technology Manager. My experience spans Banking, Investment, and Ecommerce as a manager. I have consulted for Healthcare, Data Science, Aerospace & manufacturing hardware testing. I am a user advocate and take a CX approach with an agile mindset. I have managed development teams as an Operations manager and Product Owner, Architect, and Full stack Angular web developer. I have worked on IOT projects to record Hardware sensor data and have used it to create web and mobile dashboards. Although I am a Manager I am never too busy to try new technologies #DevLife #Rules Certified scrum product owner practicing in helping the team deliver value-driven features to market in sprint releases. Subject matter expert in all aspects of SDLC, Kanban management, Scrum and Agile methodologies and best practices. Manage and review documentation of new features in confluence, SQL Analytics, Redoc.ly, and Swagger. Spearheaded the creation of the Ecommerce backlog in release cycle management. Conducted scrum ceremonies in refining, grooming, and scoping out epics, stories and spikes with a fair amount of business technical analysis using data-driven approaches and traditional relational database approaches to understand the source of the metadata driving the changes in customer behaviors and trends. Grew and managed a $1M/month over month online sales ($20 million YOY based on inside sales) ecommerce OEM website in 2019 using google analytics, SEO techniques, UI/UX enhancements, multilingual support, SAP /ERP development to optimize both US and International OEM product offerings. Front-architect & UX for a Data Marketplace portal MVP. Successfully demoed and conceptualized the prototype and worked with engineering teams to go through the SDLC to bring the product to commercialization for dealerships and internal departments in Toyota North America. I have deployed projects in infrastructure cloud computing via Amazon AWS: Lambda, S3, API Clouds, Cloud front, SSO, IAM, server less deployment, MEAN stack and PHP Platforms. My biggest passion is Day to Day Project Management activities, running sprints, coaching developers to provide estimates, supporting them in their growth, negotiating during sprint planning, assisting scrum masters with grooming backlogs, planning releases and working with stakeholders from Middle management to C-Level executives on the Roadmap. I plan budgets and employee Lean and Agile thinking philosophies in the Development life cycle.
