I stand tall with 19 years of work experience, out of which 17 years in Training and Human Resource. I have worked extensively in training delivery, training, coaching, mentoring and developing training and human resource professionals, training content development and strategy, talent acquisition and talent management in a generalist HR role, Developing and driving HR professionals towards performance to top charts (within the company) year after year. 2 years of my early work life I spent in successful sales in life Insurance too. In my current profile I partner with business and HR leaders to improve employee engagement, satisfaction and retention. I am entrusted with the responsibility to manage and oversee all employee communications activities in India related to various HR Initiatives. I am also be expected to drive strategies that strengthen organisation health and culture and lead D&I Initiatives in the company.
