Priya Ayyappan CAPM Started my career in SkipTheDishes as a Care Specialist, moved to Training Team as a Trainer. I have trained hundreds of new hires in care processes. Then moved to my passionate Quality Team and successfully working. I have also completed my CAPM certification last year. With an extensive international experience in Project Management, she had been successful in managing projects and quality. To meet the goals, she mainly focussed on people management and interpersonal skills and also concentrated on the general management skills such as leadership, team building, motivating, mentoring, and problem-solving. Being a strong communicator in her role as a Project Coordinator, she communicated effectively with clients and with the team, and also trained around 100 + new hires in the process and also acts as a role model to them. Even though, she joined in RR Donnelley as a trainee in 2004, she worked extremely well to find a position as a Project Co-ordinator in 2013. It was all due to the skills and knowledge she developed in her area. She had undergone training provided by the company such as Train the Trainer, QLead +, etc. She holds a Master degree in Foreign Trade from Pondicherry University and also had a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras.
