I have had extensive experience in administration/secretarial roles and office management, in both the private and public sectors, and would bring to this position the many skills I have acquired throughout my career. During my career I have managed trainees, administered support, and secretarial services to senior and other executives, utilized a wide range of computer software and ensured that the office was managed to meet the priorities and fluctuating workloads. Most recently, in my general administration and records management role within a Registered Training Organisation, I developed experience and relationships across the educational sector. This includes but is not restricted to the management of student training plans, progression, class bookings, student fees, acceptance of AAC trainee and apprentice notifications and communicating between administration and delivery staff.
