Also have 15 years of experience with banking handling credit card processing managing customers accounts personally, helping merchants with their chargeback disputes. Have worked within the Pre-Arbitration and Compliance to assist on making decisions as what is fair for the merchants and cardholders. Also helped implement the system that we used in my previous job at US Bank to make sure that my coworkers had every system they needed to ensure they could do their job efficiently. Also would update regulations within our department that would change within Visa/Mastercard and provide support to my team members.
