Sharon M. Jannuzzi

Ms. Jannuzzi practices in the areas of probate, trust and estate administration, probate and estate litigation, will and trust contests and guardianships. She has assisted numerous clients with probate matters of every size and level of complexity. She has successfully represented personal representatives of estates, trustees, beneficiaries and others in contested estate matters. She zealously advocates for her clients but is conscientious in advising them of both the strengths and weaknesses of their cases. Ms. Jannuzzi understands the difficulty of losing loved ones and is compassionate and concerned for each of her clients. Ms. Jannuzzi also devotes a substantial portion of her practice to representing religious and charitable organizations. She assists her corporate clients with a wide range of business law issues, including employment and personnel matters, business and real estate transactions, and matters involving the intersection of church and state. She also represents them in litigation and dispute resolution when necessary. Her clients include the Diocese of Reno, Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, Bishop Manogue Catholic High School, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and others. Prior to law school, Ms. Jannuzzi studied in San Francisco and Rome and acquired degrees in philosophy, theology and canon law. She worked as a canon lawyer for the Diocese of Reno.
