Experienced Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Skilled in Crisis Intervention, Case Management, Report Writing, working with children and families, Foster Carers and Multiagency professionals. Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Work from Lancaster University. Skilled in working with the PLO, I have experience of working with cases from referral, through the assessment process, preparing care plans and court evidence, working with children, young people and their families towards a plan of permanence. Previously, I have worked within a CIN/CP team and additionally within a CWD team, therefore have experience of working within a busy team, assessing risk and dealing with safeguarding issues.
