I am a graduating student in a hospitality management program that strongly committed in the sense of empowerment by believing in something and put forth the best effort to it to achieve goals. I love to travel and seeing diverse people. I am a people-oriented individual that respect everyone differences and always willing to learn more to contribute to my in-depth knowledge and understanding.My time in Durham College has taught me the technical skills in the hospitality industry required such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Social Media, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Next, a simulation of the Hotel Operation, Professional Guest Services, Managing Team and Leadership, Marketing, Beverage Operations, Catering and Events Planning, and Food Service Operations where I experienced to work in our Bistro'67 as a server and different station at the kitchen.In comes to work or school I am committed to learning a new task and adopting new skills or talent required by putting a dedication to what I am doing.My present and previous work experience contributed to my expertise on how to coordinate and work with others to meet a common goal. Working in a Subways Restaurant as a Subway Artist Supervisor that gave me more knowledge on how to be engaged to customers or co-workers and working in a fast-paced environment. Being responsible to the store operations when the manager is not around by keeping track all transactions into the POS system.
