Shaun Wedderburn

I am somebody who loves nothing more than solving a problem or showing others solutions to other problems. I believe that Mining and Metals is an industry that will always require innovative and creative solutions in order to continue to succeed in what is often a capital starved environment. It is often difficult to hit the right balance between the economic necessities and environmental realities. I believe that hitting that balance requires a diverse team and have made strides to be inclusive for that exact reason. The majority of my work has been with work with Copper, Iron, Aluminium and Cobalt extraction. Seeing first hand how these processes start at the bench level, I believe there are countless insights that can save metallurgical projects time and money.
