I am a software engineer with over 20 years of experience with design, coding, testing and consulting. I have worked for Rockwell Collins, Great Plains Software and Microsoft and am proud to now be a part of the Arctic Information Technology team as a Senior Consultant helping companies and governments realize their full potential using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Arctic IT has been recognized for earning multiple Microsoft Competencies and currently ranks among the top 1% of all ERP solution partners in the world Responsibilities as a member of the Arctic IT team: - Formulate business requirements based on the client's current processes and asks, plus identify areas for improved efficiencies to empower the client to exceed their expectations and goals. - Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the client's business requirements - Provide continuing support to clients as their business grows and have their CRM solution always ready to meet these changes. My free time is spent with my wife and kids. This includes coaching my boys' hockey and baseball teams, enjoying the outdoors, watching musicals and sporting events, reading, playing board games and volunteering.
