Shawn Matian

Hello, I am Shawn F. Matian. I am an attorney and the President of The Matian Firm, APC. The Matian Firm owns and operates both the La Liga Defensora and Windsor Troy Firms. I have been a licensed attorney since 2006 and have grown to Matian Firm to reach over 500 employees and over 70 associate attorneys. Our wonderful Firm has offices in Los Angeles, Rancho Cucamonga, Fresno, San Jose, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Dallas. The Matian Firm services immigration matters, catastrophic injury cases, criminal defense, workman’s comp matters and civil rights cases. The Matian Firm is a truly diverse and dynamic firm that delivers high-quality legal services across a variety of legal verticals to our amazing and loyal clients. We at the Matian Firm care about our clients and we equally care about our employees. My job as a CEO is to make sure I put employees in the situation to not only win but to also be the best version of themselves. The Matian Firm will only go as far as our amazing staff will take us. CEO’s don’t make great companies, employees do. We have some incredible people who work at The Matian Firm and we are always looking for the next wave of fresh new stars to lead us towards the future. I am also the founder and president of Lion’s Den Media, an advertising agency that strategizes, licenses, brands, markets and places both digital and traditional media adds. Lion’s Den is the fuel that ignites The Matian Firm as it captures thousands of legals leads across a multitude of verticals every single week. Lion’s Den books over $10 Million in tradition advertising spend annually and supports the Firm with online and social media management and marketing. As a certified angel investor, I invest in both early state and late round tech companies. The exposure I’ve had to a variety of very successful companies has only made me a better CEO. I try my best to merge beneficial corporate tools into law firm settings. I believe law firms should be evolving and taking advantage of technology. I am an optimist who is always looking ahead to make The Matian Firm the leader in efficiency, transition and evolution. I also invest in and develop real estate throughout the United States.
