I oversee both product (health insurance) and development teams while leveraging TELUS Health's Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse platform. By using sophisticated decision support tools that evaluate the current and predicted future performance and exposure of benefit programs, I help employers better manage their benefit programs by identifying key cost drivers, trends and benefit optimization opportunities. I have experience in managing and executing large-scale client projects in the areas of benefit design, benchmarking, cost/benefit analysis, predictive modeling, auditing, corporate compliance, and employee wellness. With 22 years of employee benefits industry experience, I have held various management positions with major Canadian insurers and Consulting Firms including reporting and analysis, drug and dental claims adjudication, benefit coding and enrolment, product development, and disability operations.
