During my time at the Chicago Public Library, I succeeded in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by frequently reviewing existing community programs and adjusting those to the current needs of our patrons. I had a key role in the day-to-day functions of the library branch by supervising staff, assisting library guests in utilizing reference sources, and participating in discussions with the public to identify where support could be provided. I was also responsible for managing the branch budget, processing payroll reports, approving interlibrary loan requests, and conducting statistical analyses to find ways to increase library circulation. These highly administrative skills are also supported by my Master of Business Administration degree. I am excited about the opening position that you have listed.
