Sherantha Perera

I am a proactive, social, and a team player who is currently playing a role as an associate technical lead in a leading telco software development company in Sri Lanka. From IT education at school, proceeding to my bachelor of engineering in software engineering and to my masters in business administration, I have managed to involve in both software development as well as team management and software design documenting in my career path. I am capable of taking risks and working as a team towards delivering software applications within short deadlines. My team always comes first as I make priority to resolve thier conflicts in development and make sure no one left behind. I am a full stack developer and also a team lead and my end goal is to put my fullest capabilities towards the success of my employer and also to make sure I achieve my career goals and objectives.
