Lead a team of chefs at a busy bistro in Noosa Heads receiving accolades in state wide media and national awards for quality. A career shift towards hospitality training lead to the completion of a Bachelor of Vocational Education and Training with Distinction and the commencement of the Masters of Inclusive Education. Works on a range of innovative programs focusing on fostering hospitality industry partnerships in order to secure employment opportunities for learners, whilst ensuring hospitality and vocational education and training currency. Adaptive in style and able to achieve positive outcomes for a diverse range of learners from those with learning difficulties to advanced ability students.
