My name is Sherri Longway and I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years. I believe that customer service is important and geared to timely, friendly and proactive services that is sought to enhance future business growth and customer satisfaction. Customer loyalty has always impacted me. It helps employ the right service professional to represent you when assisting your valued customers and the value of your company. My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings from selling tickets, assisting with incoming calls, vendor accounts, guest service, safety precautions, campus inspections and one on one customer direction. Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I perform with success! I am an excellent coach that achieves ongoing success with my teams by building morale, maintaining teams' self-confidence, and training them to build and improve their people skills.
