Shinae Moloney

Having had exposure to fast-paced environments within hospitality and hands-on business experience, I am versed in the areas of customer service, stress management and problem-solving. I am an energetic and motivated student with effective communication skills which aids my studies of understanding human behaviour through HR and marketing. I have recently gained professional marketing experience at The Langham, Melbourne which aided the sales and marketing team for a month full-time over the winter holidays. Over the course of my final semester this year, I will also be gaining professional experience in human resources, specifically working alongside the talent acquisition team at Myer. This part-time role predominately includes reviewing the suitability of recruiting a pool of applicants across all departments stores in Australia for the Christmas casual period.
