Shirin Nikzad

I have worked in the medical field for the past 19 years. My first medical experience started as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, HMO, and hospital pharmacy. Right after my graduation from nursing school, I started working in the Tele unit as an RN. After three years of working as an RN, I accepted a position as an RN for Acute Care Float pool in the same hospital. I have worked as an RN in Tele, PSU, PCU, MSU, Peds, Postpartum, IMCU, and Mental Health. At this time, I decided to experience RN position in a Family practice care setting. I started working for Kaiser permanent as a clinical RN while still working as a float pool RN. After three years I transferred to CDU/UC/ER setting for Kaiser Permanente. I have completed clinical hours at a Family practice office.
