I am an energetic, outgoing and an innovative young woman who values the necessity of continuous growth and learning in my areas of expertise. I was appointed as a retail associate at Woolworths in 2007 August, in October 2007, Quest Staffing Solutions offered me a more challenging position at Absa Bank as a sales consultant. As ambitious and result driven as I was, my excellent, hard work and expertise at Absa bank was recognized nationally in 2010 May and I was promoted to a managerial position by Quest Staffing Solutions where I looked after six big clients in the Limpopo province. Within a year as an Area Manager, I was awarded with a rocky award in the province for an excellent customer service. It is an undisputed fact that by directly interacting with existing and potential customers is what will drive consumer demand for your product, service or brand. Consumer perceptions are profoundly affected by a person-to-person experience hence my expertise, abilities, qualities and experience was further identified by one of my clients, Nedbank and I was afforded an opportunity to become a regional sales manager in Aug 2015. In 2015 October, I was offered a higher and more challenging role with more responsibilities by my former client, Standard bank as a Regional Workforce Analyst. With excitement, I share all of my experiences, education and enlightenments learned in the past 10 years in my career journey as a launching pad to becoming a strong, young, valuable asset not only to Standard bank but to the whole world. I am Focusing forward- Continue perfecting my skills and developing myself as an expert in all of the areas I pursue.
