As a human resources business partner (HRBP) at PW (PhysicsWallah), I work closely with the team to create and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. I support the growth and development of our talented employees, while fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, and I am certified in Strategic Human Resources, Employee Experience, and How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority. I have also developed expertise in EngageWith, a team engagement app for remote teams, which I use to build team culture, conduct pulse surveys, and organize trivia sessions. I have over two years of experience in HR roles, including HR assistant at Amazon and talent acquisition executive at Toppr. I have successfully conducted interviews, onboarded new employees, monitored and applied HR best practices, and provided analytical and well-documented recruiting reports. I have also demonstrated strong analytical, communication, strategy, and presentation skills throughout my career. I am passionate about learning new things, traveling, and playing cricket with friends.
