I am currently working as a Sr Backend Software Engineer focusing on designing and developing scalable and reliable user-centric platform. I enjoy working in fast pace and challenging environment with cross functional teams. I like to solve complex problems and have a zeal to keep on learning. My responsibilities include: 1. Design and development of fault-tolerant and highly available backend system. 2. Identifying technical requirements in product meetings and assisting the business team with realistic project planning and feature development. 3. Spearheading cross functional design sessions, translate product requirements into functional, maintainable, extensible software that is in-line with company objectives. 4. Participating in a regular production on call rotation to ensure zero downtime. 5. Actively involved in Impact’s engineering hiring process and Helping new members of the development team to take ownership of Impact’s complicated backend platform, contributing heavily in Knowledge Transfer sessions.
