Started working in IT since 2002, in support function in various Nationalized Banks, as a trainee. I was exposed to standard systems and processes when I joined Kirloskar Mahle group in 2006. With Gestamp group since 2007, I have received extensive exposure in migrating data and users from other companies into Gestamp network, defining, setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure for more than 500 users across 5 locations. Received the prestigious "Best Performer of the Year" award in 2011, for simultaneously setting up IT infrastructure (Hardware and Software) in two locations (Pune and Chennai). Nominated the Lead India IT co-ordinator in 2012. Acting as the single point of contact for all plants in India, while communicating with Asia Division in China and HQ in Spain IT Received the Employee of the month award in June 2013. Extensively exposed to latest global IT practices and infrastructure, while working and interacting with a multi-cultural and multi-national team. Year 2015, set foundation for IT infrastructure, networking, Data centre defining IT policies for new Brownfield project in Pune. (Takwe Plant). Year 2017 set foundation IT infrastructure, networking, Data centre, servers IT policies for new Brownfield project in Japan (Matsusaka Plant.) In April 2019 prompted as Manager India-IT Infrastructures and Asia divisional team member to Support to Asia Planta. Currently engaged in developing Migration Server from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2019, IT infrastructure, networking and working on HCI Technology, all Existing Virtual Machine upgrade and migrate to new server.
