My working career spans over a period of 35 years, this being the most of my life, a fantastic and multifaceted career, which has taken me on the East and West of USA, back to Europe, and to the United Kingdom, Middle East and as far as South Australia. During my life I have always found myself extremely passionate about adding value to other people’s life in whatever I did, striving to make a difference in the level of loyalty and service customers received, either as a restaurateur, home builder, or in real estate sales and marketing programs. Although I came from healthcare and then owned my restaurant for 12 years, and worked in the hospitality industry, often my careers intertwined, and I found that hospitality and dinning are really just a different style of real estate, sharing common elements, concerning customer satisfaction, winning your trust, creating an unique sense of place one can relate to - a home to come to. Over the years I found that no matter what my occupation was, I kept learning and investing in real property driven by the same force behind: a vivid passion for delivering the best deal in real estate, the most delicious meal and dining experience in my restaurant, the most value, space and light in the homes I chose to sell, and equally a positive memorable experience in buying a home in any of my featured communities. Living and selling real estate in so many countries meant meeting and dealing with customers from all over the world, an experience I attained by dealing in multiple cultures and by using negotiations skills that increase my flexibility and versatility in just about any situation and market condition. My strengths are mainly hard work, devotion, persistence, a strong focus, and attention to what your needs are - details often lost during the buying a property process. When buying or selling real estate of any kind, I pay close attention to you: your goal, your priorities, your vision and your needs.
