At 19, I launched my first ecommerce brand, growing it to couple 5-figures using Facebook Ads & Influencer marketing, working with celebrities like Olympic gymnast Charlotte Drury and artist ASAP Josh. At 21, I went full time into freelancing Facebook Ads management for ecommerce brands. At 23, I joined my first startup - Revel Transit - managing all paid acquisition and social channels, developing Go-to-market strategy, and content strategy. At 24, I launched a DTC brand- UVCase. This brand was an experiment to measure consumer purchasing behavior during the pandemic. Within 3 months I grew it to 20K MRR. Unfortunately there’s more to growth than just revenue (who knew lol) and eventually shut it down. At 24, I joined the ad agency Barrington Media Group as Digital Campaign Manager, managing 7-Figures in ad spend for brands like EveryPlate, Savage x Fenty, Shoe Dazzle and other DTC brands -- I love building something from nothing. I'm addicted to taking ideas and turning them from thought to tangible. For me, marketing is about storytelling and understanding people. To be honest, marketing was never a field I thought I would fall in love with. Growing up my mind was made up on becoming an engineer and building something that reshapes the world but then I took calculus....😅 My fall back was writing & people. I loved writing stories and learning about people, what motivates them, why people behave the way they do. Then came social media, a system of websites and apps that completely democratized the internet, leveling the playing field.
