Sid has also has devised growth strategy for start-ups and new product/services strategy for multinationals in/out going from China. Sid founded SG Capital from the capital & financial services division of SG Consulting to offer clients investment banking and capital advisory services. He advised clients in raising capital from private equity and venture capital and actively assisted family offices and private equity firms on cross border investments and is very active on cross border M&A deals including setting up JV's, consolidation buyouts and strategic acquisitions. I created multiple BU's to align growth strategy plans across Asia Pacific operations of Azego. Created the International Purchase Office to leverage scale of economies and support the global operations of multinational operation.
