Während meines Studiums durfte ich die vielen Facetten der Marketing-Kommunikation kennenlernen und habe eine regelrechte Leidenschaft dafür entwickelt. Aus diesem Grund habe ich in meinem Masterstudium die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von AI in der B2B Customer Journey analysiert und welche Auswirkungen damit auf die Customer Experience einhergehen. Momentan arbeite ich als Projektleiter im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation bei der Allgaier Group und betreue dabei den Geschäftsbereich Automotive.
