Management of Quality Assurance Administrators • Mentor data capturers or officers at site aligned with roving teams • Manage administrative function of supervision i.e. Authorizing leave forms, timesheets etc. • Monitor and manage performance of data or Quality assurance administrator Conduct planned and random site visits • Weekly work plan circulated to Quality Assurance administrators • Monthly performance charts completed Integration of M&E staff with roving teams. Data management system • Ensure standardization of data tools • Support the development of data management and record keeping systems • Implement effect data management systems at the office and on-site Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of databases • Efficient and effective data management system. • Traceable and auditable record keeping system. • Assessment reports submitted. Quality assurance and recordkeeping • Participate in the process of developing quality assurance systems • Implement and monitor program and data quality assurance systems at site level through QAAs • Conduct regular and random audits at site level. • Contribute to guidelines and SOPs for Quality Assurance Conduct in data verification and quality control activities • Audits conducted. • Audit findings submitted. • Findings attended to and resolved. • Improvements implemented. Information Products • Compile all forms of information products as required by the M&E manager • High quality, timeous and accurate information products such as reports, presentations, posters, papers, guidelines etc Research and Evaluation • Participate in research and evaluation activities including the designing of surveys forms, compilation of information and write up • Participate in the coordination of research and evaluation • Monitor research and evaluation activities to ensure the research conducted is ethical, reliable, accurate and timeous
