With Telecommunication Engineering background, 20+ years of experience and a real passion for HR (understanding HR as Human Richness rather than “Resources”) I do believe in this quite simple formula: Happy employees = Happy Customers = Happy Companies. I believe as well in an HR actively contributing to the business in order to achieve a complete understanding and alignment with the strategy, goals and customers needs. I’m currently working as People Director in King, partnering with, and leading HR delivery for some of our senior Studio and Business Operations leaders as well as collaborating across our broader People team to ensure high impact, purpose driven people outcomes, outlining and implementing the People Strategy, providing support to global line managers, being the “go to” HR specialist for topics such as compensation and benefits, performance management, conflict resolution, legal enquiries, etc. to contribute in building and maintaining a high-performance team and culture.
