Silvia Pellicer

Corporate Legal Director. I am an M&A and commercial law specialist, with ample experience in the implementation of risk management and compliance programs. I am pragmatic and business oriented. My experience negotiating complex commercial transactions has honed my ability to align views within all involved areas. I believe that good communication is key for effective organisations and team engagement and that focused and meaningful reporting enables better decision making. After almost 10 years in private practice within top law firms, in 2010 I moved in-house as head of legal of the corporate headquarters of a FMCG group. Having joined the group at a time of great expansion I participated in numerous global M&A transactions from Spain through Europe, Africa, USA and Brazil. I negotiated and implemented several joint ventures, a wide range of commercial agreements, supported all corporate reorganizations, as well as real estate transactions for the group. In 2012 I lead the implementation of a group wide corporate compliance program aligning practices and procedures for the different Group companies within diverse sectors.
