Guarantee on-time development of S/W solutions aimed to facilitate Wafer Fab Organization in meeting output / yield / cost objectives and support current S/W applications up time based on end-user requirements being aligned on S/W development ITIL process and environment. Responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating S/W applications for Manufacturing and Engineering areas. Prepare S/W applications documentation in terms of programming and end-user references. Trains user personnel in conversion and implementation of new S/W applications and/or new releases for the area of responsibility. Stay in contact with IS Corporate team on any item that require their involvement. Coordinate activities with IT functional departments involved to collect system requirements, techniques and control. Communicate to end-user status of developing task in terms of schedule and roadblocks to implementation. Supports other Application Development Service teams in projects that require specific skills or integration of different S/W solutions. Works in compliance with any local I/T Application Development procedure that applies to own area. Focuses on support Engineering area needs. Guarantee front-line support in terms of S/W application performances. Troubleshoot / Fix system troubles and document them for future references. Perform standard maintenance activities of services on related area of responsibility.
