I am often described as down to earth, friendly, hard working and efficient having amassed over 20 years experience working within the Pharmacy sector. From humble beginnings in stores, dealing with day to day patient queries and prescription handling as well as internal systems training, to then working 5 years within a Pharmacy Central Office environment including roles within the Superintendent Team, handling professional queries and working with key stakeholders to ensure Pharmacy standards are upheld and complaints dealt with efficiently and effectively using internal and external policies. I am now Team Leader of the Retail Support Team, working with a highly motivated and experienced team of 5 people all from pharmacy backgrounds. We assist our 700+ pharmacies in their day-to-day running and operation and handle a variety of phone calls and digital queries from property and maintenance issues through to professional standard and NHS related issues. No two days are the same and we revel in the challenges we face and handle over 45,000 queries each year from our pharmacies. Adaptable and dedicated, am hoping to bring these qualities and more to your team.
