Developed and introduced a bespoke forecasting model, using a combination of historical data, market intelligence, and future demand. This has been in use since January 2014, and has increased forecast accuracy by 40%. Reduced the company value of supply chain arrears from £10 million – to less than 500k by the end of Q1. Implemented plan of account reviews, investigations into delays, and supplier collaboration to achieve this within four weeks. This was then improved and managed to hit and maintain 100k by the end of Q1. Developed and introduced S&OP end to end process for a successful premium retail brand, building team across demand management, forecasting, and operations, and driving to achieve OTIF of 99%
