First and foremost, I love teaching and coding. Ever since conducting my first seminar in Java OOPS concept and incorporating real time examples, I have been encouraged the participants to come up with an idea that makes learning process simple.I framed logic & coded for bunch of real time scenarios, published articles in my college days. I focused to learn more and secured gold medal in academics (MCA).In 2014, when I graduated, I had two opportunities. Join as a Software Developer or Trainer.I opted for an IT Trainer to focus on my long term goal.As famous saying of Steve Jobs, “Learn continually, there’s always one more thing to learn”. And I’ve started my career with this learning aspect. With 8+ years of experience, what I will do? Analyse and frame course outline for training that aligns with highly sought after key skills. Prepare course contents for training programme in an effective way. Deliver job-specific orientation and tailor training for employees by focusing on company culture. Create, design & deliver value added customized programs for specific industry needs.  Conduct workshops on Learn to code with Java, Soft Skills, How to kick start your career early? How to build your resume? How to ace your job interview? How to prepare for technical interview? Conduct one-to-one session to enhance coding & creative confidence for young professionals. Conduct training for teachers to enrich their in-class experience with good knowledge in curriculum.Enabling people to learn better is what I do best.
