Mr. S. SIVANANTHAN A/L SANMUGAN PILLAY MBA –Corporate Management (Cal South USA), Executive MBA (Switzerland) MII, Dip. LIM, LUTC(FELLOW) USA, LIMRA-AMTC USA. His 35 years of corporate experiences include holding various senior management positions. His areas of attention includes Sales Productivity Improvement, Organisational Leadership and Human Capital Development, Corporate Sales Management, New Business Development, Strategic Alliance Facilitation and Strategic Brand Management. Siva has been an Accredited Moderator, Lecturer cum Master Trainer Nationwide with The Malaysian Insurance Institute. He has also authored Agency Management and Financial Planning modules for MII. During his 20 years of association with MII, he has trained hundreds of successful Financial Planners and Advisors who have reached the stage of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), COT (Court Of The Table, and TOT (Top Of The Table). His involvement in this area has taken him to Indonesia, India, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong. On the Executive Development arena, Siva is an MBA facilitator with Charles Sturt University Australia; Economic and Finance Institute, Cambodia and HELP University College, Malaysia. He was also facilitating on the MBA programs of California Southern University, USA and the Swiss Management Forum, Switzerland.
