Before becoming a Tech Entrepreneur, I spent over 20 years in the Insurance and Finance industry working as an Underwriter, Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Placements Manager before moving into Program Management leading remote and local teams to successfully deliver large scale technology and people based project solutions at a C-suite level. As a Business Consultant, I have been located in Sydney, London and Dubai and currently spend my time working between California and Perth.When I’m not volunteering for charity, I enjoy coaching and mentoring up and coming executives from diverse backgrounds and guest speaking at conferences and seminars on topics like driving innovation, being an entrepreneur, leadership and developing high performing teams. Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to study subjects that interest me and help expand my knowledge and growth on both a professional and personal basis, successfully achieving my Diploma of Project Management, Masters of Marketing and Masters of Business Administration. I am passionate about bringing people together to form positive connections and obtaining outcomes through equal exchanges of knowledge and kindness. I am also an advocate of mental health awareness and look to support related initiatives wherever possible.
