It was still in high school that I realized that the marketing area interested me. The way brands are recognized through the work of a marketeer, and the management that is done around every campaign made, has always aroused me a lot of interest. I used my free time to try to figure out how those campaigns were done. When I entered college, the opportunity arose to be a commercial management assistant in a textile factory, where my focus would be to follow the management of their textile projects as well as business plans for it. Since I was also passionate about the fashion industry, I ended up taking some important responsibilities that depended on me within the company, realizing the function that had been given me had increased responsibilities. Since then, I’ve always been motivated by the responsibility, the marketing involved, the management and operation of each brand present in the company. The little experiences I have been having over the past few years in these summer part-times have made me believe that if I worked out some traits of my personality I could aspire to lead large teams of people. Even though my career is starting, now with the graduation, I assume that the projects are as interesting and challenging as a team that achieves the goals voluntarily and enthusiastically.
