I’m a People and Talent professional currently leaning heavily into People Operations and employee experience design. A bit about my professional journey: I’ve built out talent acquisition strategy from scratch at multiple tech startups; designed and implemented hiring processes focused on enticing top talent and ensuring an engaging and uplifting employee experience. I’ve supported founding and executive teams with workforce planning efforts, employee engagement and designed and launched successful employee recognition programs. I've discovered how to design an employee experience journey that fosters engagement and inclusivity in the workplace. I've unlocked how to inspire positivity within hiring teams and in candidates, and entice great talent, even in a hot candidate market. I’ve built and mentored teams to equip scale-ups for 200% yearly headcount growth.
