Sonia Ciraci

Sound experience in designing, managing and delivering HR and Learning and Development Projects, both live and remote. I am a Corporate and Executive Coach too, helping people and organizations. Since 2000, I have also faced diversity and inclusion management issues in profit and non-profit organizations. I am deeply focused on creating inclusive working environments where every diversity is a value for the company, and every employee feels truly respected. In my career, I have worked both as a manager for multinational companies both as a freelance consultant, leading teams in a highly collaborative style. My added value is the focus I place on deep understanding of people and organizational needs to set and achieve the desired goal. I love creativity and thinking out of the box. I speak four languages, and I feel at home when working in multicultural environments. I had the pleasure of teaching to executives and graduates from all over the world working as an adjunct professor at the “Cattolica University” of Milan in the “MIB-Master in International Business”, and as a professor at the “HR Executive Master” organized by RBA - Business School of Management. In 2017 I found The Learning Factory project.
