I am an experienced and flexible property professional. Having trained in the City I moved to a niche legal practice specialising in Drinks, Hospitality & Leisure acting for renowned licensed operators. I diversified to a Head of Property role for a FTSE 250 leisure business, performing a hybrid role of Estates Director and Property Counsel.Managing the mixed tenure estate with a value of approximately £120 million I have an in-depth knowledge of the commercial and legal challenges faced by the hospitality and leisure industry. There is little in the world of commercial real estate that I have not successfully dealt with. I have first hand experience of financing, acquiring & disposing of large real estate portfolios, commercial landlord & tenant matters, and general estate management which all help to underpin my wide experience. My regular interaction at Plc board level means I am comfortable liaising with MDs, CEOs and CFOs and delivering tasks in a manner expected.More recently I set up my own consultancy business and provided consultancy services to a number of law firms. This included heading up the newly established Commercial Property team at Naylor LLP.
