I flourish in an environment that allows me to plan, execute and manage high level sales, utilize my background for forecasting and budget analysis/management. I believe if one focuses in on ensuring corporate performance, and is in line with national strategic imperatives/sales; everything else will fall into place, including KPI objectives. A vast amount of my upper management experience revolves around directing and planning yearly funding analysis through QBR’s/TBR’s and fiscal year objective planning. Closely monitoring a projects life cycle is a direct derivative of my MBA in project management.
