Okanagan, BC. An upcoming region to the world of wine! With its many attractions, from rock climbing, lakes for paddling and kayaking, great roads for cycling, and of course, Number One: Wine! Having worked in various capacities, from a Tasting Room Manager, to Ops Manager to GM, I have experienced many aspects of the wine industry. From Picking to Cellar duties, bottling, creating a brand and beyond. I feel grateful to live in the Okanagan and be a part of wine making history. Originally from N.Ireland, a Human Resource Consultant for a large UK Employment Agency, hiring a diversity of staff, from chefs to airline pilots, I have traveled extensively. Lived and worked in France at a Sofitel, spent time in New York and traveled throughout Europe. Previously employed by a division of Staples to assist in opening and hiring for a large Call Center of over 800 staff in many areas. Now however, Having been GM and Ops Manager of 3 wineries and Restaurants, my passion is wine, food and the hospitality industry. My other passion is fitness, trail running and paddling and Yoga. Previously being a single mom and needing income, I also ran a side business with personal trainers working for me, utilizing my diplomas in Fitness/Yoga and Holistic Nutrition.
