“This heart of mine was made to travel this world”. I have always wanted to speak multiple languages and discover new countries. I'm in love with cities I've never been to and people I've never met. I wanted to be able to communicate in various languages and I’ve always wanted to laugh in different ways with different people. I grew up in a rather multicultural environment. Born and raised in Esslingen, a historic city in the Southern - part of Germany, speaking both German and Greek. I went to Greek school, learning about the culture and written word of my ancestors. I studied Spanish, English and German at the University of Constance. Once I passed my State exams/ received my Master’s degree in German, English and Spanish, I moved to San Francisco where I started to work for the Goethe Institut and the GISSV.
