HR professional with 16 years of experience within global multicultural companies in the automotive and consumer goods segments. Currently Head of HR - People & Culture for Volvo Financial Services (VFS) Region South America. HRBP supporting local HR colleagues in VFS Chile and Peru, as well as VFS leaders and employees in Brazil. Inside Volvo Group organization I had the opportunity to act as a HR Business Partner for some different business units, responsible to support the business strategy in all the topics related to engagement – culture – performance. Deeply understand and perception about group dynamic through different tools, development projects and processes. Supporting Transformation I had the opportunity to influence teams through strategy deployment, lean methodology and growth mindset. To elevate Performance and Competences I worked with several tolls to support leaders, employees and business needs. Performance evaluation, Succession plan, High Potential Programs, Performance Improvement plan, Leadership transition, are some examples of my contribution. Dialogue and alignment is key to achieve results and essential in my way of work. Reflect about culture is a good way to engage and bring purpose to our carriers. In my background, as a HR Specialist I was part of global facilitator trainings for: Efficient Teams (team building) and also New leaders Program. I coordinated the Annual Engagement Survey for Latin America and Onboarding program for new leaders and employees. Talent Acquisition solid experience, appointed as a focal point for Global Recruitment project for Latin America (8 countries). Responsible for change management, implementation and stabilization. Supported the implementation in others regions: US and Asian. Regional responsibility for recruitment and ambassador for the Carrier concept, driving opportunities for internal candidates.
