Sophie F. Marcil cumulates over 30 years experience as a human resources management (HRM) professional, manager, consultant. She has gained experience over the years within large organizations and institutions and is offering training facilitation, coaching and consulting since the last 12 years in small, medium-size and large organizations of all industries. Ms. Marcil is passionate by people and leadership development. She designs and develops workshops in areas such as leadership development, but also in performance management, behavioral interviewing (recruitment best practices) and customer service, to name a few.
