I have been working for Persimmon Homes Essex for the past 12 In my time at Persimmon Homes Essex myself and Simon Gronland achieved the NHBC pride in the job award 2013 and 2014 for our project in Stanway. I have now been promoted to contracts manager. During my time as contracts manager my site in Colchester cowdray Avenue won the regional quality award out of 31 regions And came 2nd in the nation awards. This was a great achievement for myself and Tashan Bartlett project manager. My clacton site flint Grange won a premier award for quality in 2021. My Projects currently running. Colchester Oakwood Meadows. Phase 3/4 are a large Charles church project with 250 plus traditional and timber framed houses and 3 blocks of apartments. Phase 5 stars in August 2022 Copperfield place Chelmsford. 300 traditional built houses over 2 phases. Phase 1 phase 2 St Albans 100 traditional units with 2 blocks of apartments. Clacton 300 units traditional built houses. New projects starting Earls Colne 100 units. July 2022
