Software project management, e-Goverment integrated information system ( implementation, managment, system analysis, consulting, integration, training, technical support, testing, system documentation and sales). -My job of trainer in the previus period included, training of employees in elementary and higher courts troughout Serbia. All amedments to the software that followed during the project, aimed at monitoring interpretation of certain provisions of the Rules and the compliance with the rules of AVP SW. From the standpoint of training, this has required constant follow the rules of interpretation and analysis, and monitoring changes of AVP SW, with the alignment of trainig with these changes. Introducing AVP SW in the courts require in some cases the corresponding changes in the current way of court, and coordination modes of concrete court with the work of other courts. The role of trainers in this situation mirrors the sharing of experiences in training in the courts where he has already completed training. AVP SW is designed in order to allow faster processing of cases, greater transparency and publicity in work of the courts. In order of realization of the project as a trainer, i had certain tasks such as: - evaluating the usability AVP SW for use in courts of general jurisdiction, - preparation of training materials, - preparation for conducting the training for the use of AVP SW, - implementation of training for employees in the relevant courts, - Installation of the application server ColdFusion - Installation of Database Server MSSQL 2005 Development of applications for: -application of private enforcement, -application development public enforcement of Montenegro, maintenance and development of development application for the bank.
