Career highlights include: ✓ Led a strategic review of a $100M contract between Geelong Hospital and Epworth Healthcare. ✓ Senior stakeholder management at Victoria University and Western Sydney University, resulting in the promotion of my sponsors to executive positions. ✓ Established the ITIL Business Relationship Management practice and co-founded the Digital Strategy and Innovation unit at Western Sydney University. ✓ Introduced information governance into Victoria University and Geelong City Council. ✓ Project management and change management to upgrade core communications infrastructure for Barwon Water, improving critical faults management, staff collaboration, and customer service. ✓ Led the business analysis for Telstra Enterprise Mobility’s first international expansion. ✓ As CTO at OLPC Australia, managed a global team, enabled international expansion, raised over $30M in funding, and empowered over 10× growth within 2 years. ✓ Introduced a unified business intelligence platform for Suncorp to enable data integration, reporting, analytics and dashboards for M&A. ✓ A leader in global technology communities, I have served as a director of Linux Australia and delivered keynote presentations at international conferences.
